How to read this site
Each claim carries one of four labels. The label states what kind of record the claim rests on, and nothing more.
- Adjudicated
- Decided by a court or a regulator. Court judgments, final orders, and official agency findings.
- Alleged
- A claim made in a pending filing. Not proven, not decided, and denied or disputed unless stated otherwise.
- Unverified
- Statements by consumers, employees, or reviewers. Not independently confirmed by this site.
- Self-described
- The subject's own account: promotional material, bios, bylined articles, and press releases.
