Company record
SetSchedule
Four kinds of record, held apart. Each section below carries its own evidence tier, because a Better Business Bureau finding, a settled lawsuit, and an anonymous review are not the same kind of fact.
Better Business BureauOfficial record
SetSchedule is not BBB accredited. Its rating is listed as “Not Rated,” which BBB attributes to its evaluation of a pattern of complaints before issuing a rating.[BBB business profile]
The profile carries a formal “Pattern of Complaints” alert. BBB states its files indicate a pattern of complaints concerning the quality of leads.[BBB business profile]
On October 14, 2021, BBB submitted a written request to the company encouraging it to address the pattern.[BBB business profile]
The BBB file was opened 10/22/2015. The business is listed at 100 Spectrum Center Dr, Fl 9, Irvine, CA 92618, with Roy Dekel listed as CEO.[BBB business profile]

Inman reported in March 2020 that since first reviewing SetSchedule’s app in 2017 it had received 144 complaint emails about the company, more than any other product it had reviewed.[Inman, March 2020]

Dekel’s responseSelf-described
In 2018 Dekel told Inman that complaints were “really a derivative of an agent’s inability to make money or get a refund if they don’t get a commission.”
