About this site

About

A compilation of public records. What follows is what this site is, how to read it, and who compiled it.

What this is

This is a compilation of public records concerning Roy Dekel, SetSchedule, and related entities. Every source is public and linked. Primary documents are reproduced in full on the Documents page.

How to read it

Every claim on this site carries one of five labels. The label states what kind of record the claim rests on, and nothing more. The definitions below are the same ones the badges themselves use.

Adjudicated
A court decided the substantive issue or entered judgment, or a regulator made a final finding or order.
Official record
An event that verifiably occurred: a filing, a license action, an agency letter, a bankruptcy petition. The record establishes that the event happened, not that any underlying claim is true.
Alleged
A claim made in a pending filing. Not proven, not decided, and denied or disputed unless stated otherwise.
Reported
Published by an independent newsroom. Reporting, not a legal finding; this site has not independently confirmed it.
Unverified
Statements by consumers, employees, or reviewers. Not independently confirmed by this site.
Self-described
The subject's own account: promotional material, bios, bylined articles, and press releases.

Sourcing practice

A page cited for what it currently displays, states, or omits is captured to the Wayback Machine and cited to a dated snapshot, never to the live URL. A claim about what a page says today would otherwise evaporate if that page were quietly edited after publication. The capture date appears alongside the citation.

Filed documents are cited directly. A court filing, a judgment, an agency release, or a dated press release does not change under the reader, and copies are held on the Documents page regardless.

Where a source has not been obtained or a fact has not been confirmed, the page says so rather than implying an answer.

Disclosure

The author of this site is a former SetSchedule employee who previously filed a civil action against Roy Dekel in Orange County Superior Court and voluntarily dismissed it. That history is disclosed here because a reader is entitled to weigh it. It is also why this site publishes documents rather than conclusions: every factual claim here is sourced to a record a reader can retrieve independently.

The action was Andrew Giardina v. SetSchedule, Inc., Orange County Superior Court No. 30-2023-01328940-CU-WT-NJC, a wrongful termination claim filed June 2, 2023 at the North Justice Center and voluntarily dismissed.

It appears here and nowhere else on this site. It is not offered as evidence about any subject of these records, and it is not counted alongside the Parzivand action or any other proceeding documented here.
